Refund policy
We want you to love what you buy. If you don't, here's how to make a return or exchange.
We accept returns on orders within 30 days of purchase and will issue a full refund once the return has been received and inspected by our team. All items must be returned in their original condition and with the security tag, if one was included with your purchase.
Merchandise purchased between 11/17/2025 and 12/24/2025 can be returned through 1/24/2026

Processing time for refunds is approximately five (5) business days from the date we receive your return. The refund will be generated at the time the return is processed, but the timeframe for it to reflect as a credit on your card is dependent on your individual financial institution. However, most are reflected in 5-7 Business Days.
Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges at this time, but our team can help you place a new order and arrange for the return of your current order. Pieces purchased can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original date of purchase or returned for store credit within 60 of the original date of purchase.
While we inspect each piece of jewelry before it leaves our warehouse, we can't always ensure that travel will treat your pieces kindly. If you receive a damaged piece, please email, chat or text us at (877) 478-0450 immediately.
